Chris has been involved in art in one form or another, since a very early age.
Beginning at art college, Chris travelled extensively, supplementing his artistic activities with work ranging from forestry, HGV 1, photography and graphic design. He eventually took a degree and taught art for twenty years until making the decision to become an artist full time.
His work has encompassed, painting, sculpture, murals, graphic design and photography.
He has also been active musically, covering folk, rock, and the blues. Some of his musical journeys have actually been quite ‘listenable to’.
Chris settled in Cornwall with his wife and family at the beginning of 2009, after somehow working his way down over the years, from Yorkshire. He now paints the stunning Cornish landscapes and seascapes.
He also makes regular trips back to his 'homeland', painting Stanage Edge and the Lake District.
